April Midweek Stableford
Congratulations to Denis Nixon who won the April Midweek Stableford last week. Denis carded an excellent score of 41 points to win the competition by a healthy margin of 4 shots. Sid Fisher claimed second spot on countback with his score of 37 points. The final step on the podium was taken by Geoff Hydes losing out with his score of 17 points on the back nine to Sid's 19 points.
Following his excellent performance in the competition, Denis' handicap was reduced by one shot to 14 (14.1). The competition standard scratch remained unchanged on the day at 69.
Denis continued with his fantastic day by sharing the 2's pot with Rob Temple-Smithson, both players win £19 each.
